Personalised items are made to order based on the information you provide. Please ensure all spelling and details are correct before placing your order. 

Orders and payment: 

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. 

Prices are shown in £ and VAT is not relevant. 

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed and dispatched. 

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. 

Personalised items - no returns

Due to the custom nature of personalised products, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless faulty or damaged on arrival. 

Returns and refunds (non-personalised items):

You may return non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided 

• The item is unused 
• You contact us before returning the item. 

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. 

Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. 

Dog safety disclaimer

Our products are intended for pet use only. 

• Always supervise your dog when using chews and toys
• Remove items if they become damaged
• No toy or chew is indestructible 
• We are not responsible for injury, choking or damage caused by misuse or supervised use. 

Delivery:

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or events beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dingers Dog Toys and Deli shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.
